Is it possible to force ActiveSync for AD resource to use a static (manually imputed) USNChanged when detecting resource accounts?
What I want to do is to always process all AD resource accounts each time ActiveSync is run, and I磎 unable to do so because ActiveSync automatically stores the Highest USNChanged each time the process is run.

Luis: I think you may be approaching this the wrong way. If you wish to run every account each time you may wish to run a full reconciliation with a per account workflow configured. THis can accomplish your data sync needs while fully avoiding the usn changed number issues.
even if you clear out the changed number, the adapter can be set to start back at zero. It cant be set to just run each account once. IF you use the full reconcilation you should be able to solve your problem.
