Web Service connector

Hi,

we have to integrate a target system that expose provisioning methods using the web service technology in https.

What is it the right step to implement to integrate this target into IdM 6.0 sp1?

Could we use an existing Resource Adapter?

Or we have to develope our custom Adapter?
