Please help me on this issues.

We have MMR replicaiton. with 5.1 sp3

1. when i am trying to delete or create one user in the ldap, Cpu usage is reaching to 85% to 93% for 2 mins.

2. we are getting this error in the errors logs.

Will retry later.

3. why there is difference of 8 hours with the system time, when the any of the user attribute is modified. so how to eliminate this time difference

Please help me on this errors.
