insync error message

This is on 5.2p4.

I have a setup of 2 masters and 2 consumers and they are replicated among themselves, each master to the other master and both consumers. I am migrating to the same setup, 2 masters and 2 consumers, all replicated, on new hardware. I made a replication "bridge" between a master in the old group and a master in the new. I did the replication over the wire, by clicking "Initialize remote replica" in the console. I then initialized the three other new machines from the new master that had a replication agreement with the old side master in the same way I replicated from the old master to the new master.

A change made on one side is replicated around to the others, so the replication works, but when I run "insync" against the 4 new servers, I get the following errors for some of the suffixes:

o=nyu newconsumer1.home.nyu.edu:389 newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 0

=newconsumer2.home.nyu.edu:389 newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 0

=newmaster2.home.nyu.edu:389 newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 0

=oldmaster.home.nyu.edu:389newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 0

o=pab newconsumer1.home.nyu.edu:389 newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 -1* Warning: CSN has not been initialized. No updates?

=newconsumer2.home.nyu.edu:389 newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 -1* Warning: CSN has not been initialized. No updates?

=newmaster2.home.nyu.edu:389 newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 -1* Warning: CSN has not been initialized. No updates?

=oldmaster.home.nyu.edu:389newmaster1.home.nyu.edu:389 -1* Warning: CSN has not been initialized. No updates?

Are the warnings anything to worry about? The replication works fine, so what causes this? How can I set this up so it works correctly?

Thanks,

Michael

OK, some searching turned up Document ID 6372433:

The question I have is what does this mean and how do I fix it?

Thanks,

Michael

p.s. I originally posted the content, but since it is a "protected" document, I didn't want to cause any grief :)

The error is not a problem. The suffix being replicated has not received any updates since initializing it. If you make a change on an entry in o=pab tree you will see the error disappear.Regards,Jules
