access manager command line api?

Is it possible to add groups, organizations,and users from the command line? I need to add sub-organizations under the root, and groups, roles, and users inside of that sub org? I need to do this to multiple servers, so would love to script this from the command line, but am not sure how i can do that from amconsole (or the command line). I wasn't sure if i could do a ambak type process, because that root org will be different on each box, but the sub info that I am repeating is the same. Any suggestions?
