image get disappered when click on browser refresh button

i have developed small web-application which contain some images.

i run this application on webserver tomcat 5.5

when i run the application for 1st time the image is dispplayed weelll

but after loading image, when click on web-browser refresh button the image getting disappered. so what is the probeem with it ?
