install fails with no error message

Hello All,

Can anyone please, please help me out?!!!

I'm instalsjsas_pe-8_1_02_2005Q2-windows on windows XP. Everything looks fine, except installer exit in 61%.

And when I run the server and deploytool, it can't connect to server. The error message "The server could not be contacted. Please confirm that the server is running, and that a valid user/password has been entered."
