hi,on /opt type:chmod 777 -R SUNWappserver/to give permission to execute the SUNWappserverafter that change to the /opt/SUNWappserver/bin/ and type./asadmin start-domain domain1Rodrigo

Thanks for the reply.My client does not allow chmod 777 or write permissions to me for SUNWappserver directory.I can only launch the server.Do we have any work around for this?Thank you.G
