Ultra 10 boot disk failure after flash prom

Hi All Gurus,The Ultra 10 still boot from net and cdrom, but not from disk. I already reinstall the OS.Please help.Thanks.Andry

please post the messages you get when you try to boot from disk.

You can try to revert to the default-settings with set-defaults.

Try checking diag-switch? and make sure it is not set to true.
