Ultra 60 pci compatibility

Hi,

I want to connect an external raid system (Infortrend) to an Ultra 60. I read that the pci bus of the Ultra 60 is compliant with pci standard 2.1. I am now wondering if one of the following cards would work with the Ultra 60:

- QLA2310F (qlogic PCI-X 2gb fibre card, specification says that it is compliant with pci

standard 2.3. So I think it is questionable whether it runs within an Ultra60 )

- LSI20320-R (LSI-Logic Ultra SCSI 320 LVD/SE card)

- LSI320 (LSI-Logic Ultra 320 LVD/SE card)

If someone has already used one of the mentioned cards within an Ultra60 I am happily taking advice.

Thanks in advance,

mark

I really havent the vaguest, but is there some reason that keeps you from using the external scsi connector? I have seen many external storage units with connectivity for the 25 pin cable and adapters are plentiful,Jameco in San Jose has many.
