fatal system fault : sipr =40000000 with sparcstation 20

Hi,

I have one sparcstation 20 with one CPU supersparc II (75 MHZ), not interne disk but with 2 UltraSCSI and solaris 2.5.1. Sometime, the station boot well with no problem. But when I want to do action (access to one file for example) the system reboot with the message :

The system continue to reboot without stopping.

I have done Stop-A and written the command test-all. Here is the result:
