Please help! Solaris isn't working

I am really new to the solaris. The sun blade 100 workstation was working yesterday. But when i started it today, i got exec (/sbin /init ) failed with errno 13. can't start init. program terminated. It may because I didn't turn it off properly. What should I do to fix it? Need to finish the project this week. "crying" Please help!
