HELP - iplanet web server 6.0 performance with ssl

Hi all,

We only have one ipalnet web server 6.0 which runs simple static html files with ssl, but the response time is higher than 8 seconds, performance is very low. We also have tuned it by editing magnus.conf, obj.conf, jvm12.conf, but the performance is not improved. We don't know how to solve it. Can some expert give us some good advice or help to solve it.

System configuration: 32 CPUs, 32 G Memory, OS is HP Unix.
