ACL Question

I'm trying to create an ACL that allows non-authenticated connections through the proxy server TO a specific host on specific ports. I have an Outlook mail application that is failing because I'm requiring authentication to use the proxy server, but Outlook won't authenticate with the proxy server.

I am able to create ACLs like this FROM a host or IP range, but I don't see where I can create an ACL like this TO a host.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
