Hi Glen,

I have it running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v. 4 for 32-bit x86)

with Apache/2.0.52. You should have a good read of these forums

and try it out (I think there is a trial download) before you commit to it.

My installation can't monitor the running webserver properly. Not

a big deal since you can do that in other ways.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to install the trial version on RHEL4 with limited success: the installation goes fine, and the administration console is working okay. Also, the demos under /caspsamp run with no problems. However, when I come to test out an actual .asp script on the web server itself, I just get a segmentation fault.

Apache 2.0.52

Kernel 2.6.9-34.0.1.EL

compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.3

libstdc++-3.4.5-2

Hi Glen,

Check out these forums for segmenation fault issues.

In my experience this can be related to the version of

Apache you're using.

I'm using one that comes with PLESK 8 (2.0.52 with

patches).

If it runs OK on 5100 but segs on through Apache

then that's the line for enquiry.
