Communications Express Calendar SSL Port

I have Comm Express installed and working with Calendar and Mail. I just added ssl and it appeared everything was good, all services work via both ssl and non ssl ports. But when I change calendar.wcap.port = PORT# in uwcconfig.properties from the non ssl port to the ssl port, the calendar tab in Comm Express fails. Moving it back to the non ssl port and all is well again. This is on Solaris 10 sparc.
