Outlook cannot show subscribed calendar when use UWC.

Case 1: There are 2 servers

1 Install only calendar

2 Install calendar, mail and communication express

I configure Outlook Connector with calendar of server 1 and address book+mail of server 2 and I can see the subscribed calendar (I set on web) on Outlook as check box on the left of calendar page.

Case 2: There is 1 server: Install calendar, mail and communication express

I configure mail, address book and calendar via Outlook Connec. Then I cannot see any subscribed calendar, I see only my calendar.

So Please tell me how can make case 2 to see subscribed calendar.
