Address Book server login fails with Outlook Connector
Installed 05Q4 mail+cal+uwc+webserver+ldap with "Install onto Single Host" technical doc. UWC works fine and Address Book comes up without issue. The problem exists when I deploy OC. During the install, user is promted to login to the Address Book Server. Correct password is entered but the box continually pops up. Clicking "Cancel" allows install to finish. Upon starting Outlook again (forever more), user is again prompted to enter password to Login to address book server. Enter correct password and dialog box simply pops back up. Mail/Cal seems to work ok but the user cannot create ANY contacts nor search "Global Address List".
Is there some setup I am missing for this feature? Thanks!

I believe they are referring to adding the service as follows:
In JES4 2005Q4, Outlook reports a problem logging into UWC for it's contacts. This issue is due to a AM/UWC configuration bug and can be corrected by performing the following actions in the AM console:
1. Login as amAdmin to the amconsole.
2. Click on the domain listed on the Left hand frame.
3. Then select "Services in the View pull down menu.
4. Then click on the Add button to add a service in the left hand frame.
5. On the right hand frame, tick "Authentication Configuration" and click okay.
6. On the left hand frame, click on "Authentication Configuration".
7. Click the new button in the Right hand frame.
8. Enter some meaningful name as the Instance name and click Submit.
9. Now click on the Instance name you added in the Right hand frame.
10. Click the Edit link next to Authentication Configuration.
11. In the newly opened window click the Add button and then click Ok so the LDAP module is added.
12. Click Ok again and close the Authentication Module window and then click Submit.
13. Now click on Core in the left hand frame.
14. Select the meaningful instance name you provided from the "Administrator Authentication Configuration" pull down menu.
15. Select the meaningful instance name you provided from the "Organization Authentication Configuration" pull down menu.
16. Then click the Save button.
17. Now restart the UWC web container.
Done! This should clear your problem with Outlook.
