I have two boxes with the following patch levels (uname -a)
5.10 Generic_118844-28
5.10 Generic_118855-15
Could somebody tell me what the dates are that are associated with these Solaris 10 relaeases ? and if I apply the current 10_Recommended what it will take this number to ?
any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't know if this holds true for all patches, but simply creating a URL of the form
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=<patch_id>
takes you to the patch description, which inclues the release date of the patch.
e.g.:
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=118844-28
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=118855-15
