Importing SINIX V5.43 ufsdump to Solaris 8 with ufsrestore

Hello all,

I need some help. I'm trying to import an old 8mm Exabyte tape, once written on SINIX V5.43 with ufsdump. My Solaris 8 system's tape drive is ready and working. tcopy recognises tape and records but ufsrestore fails with:

Media read error: not enough space

Changing different block sizes with -b resulted in different error messages.

Old SINIX system has gone away years ago. Think it might be possible, but don't know how ...
