Google can be your friend for this.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=solaris+man+luxadm&btnG=Google+Sea rch

(that was a search for the luxadm man pages in Solaris)

If I recall correctly, it is a command-line utility that is used

to administer filesystems on OLDER storage arrays.

A5200's, A3500FC's, SSA200-series, etc.

I doubt that new generation arrays work well with old generation utilities.

Have you reviewed the documentation for those array peripherals?

The SE3000-series arrays have a broad offering of manuals,

in multiple languages, to help you with their installation and administration.

http://www.sun.com/products-n-solutions/hardware/docs/Network_Storage_Solutions /Workgroup/3320/index.html

Those documents would guide you toward the software tools that Sun expects you to use.

I suggest you could also take your newest question

and post it to the Storage Forum, since it is specific to the machines.

(It is grouped in the HARDWARE tab of these Sun discussion forums.)
