Dynamic Reconfiguration Sun Fire High-End and Midrange Systems

I am getting "Insufficient security privilege to load module." when I try to load the Dynamic Reconfiguration Sun Fire High-End and Midrange Systems module.

I thought there was some sort of issue with /etc/group on the SMC server and the System Controllers that also had to be modified but can't seem to find any docs. Does anyone have the correct information?
