3310 with v880

we have 3310 HW/CTRL with 5x72HDD connecting to v880 server , when we check the size in the storage we find around 360 but from the format command we find the old setting which 4x72HDD=288Gb , i did reboot -- -r , but nothing change the size of the partition in the storages diffrent than what is shown in the host .

Please help !

Something that springs to mind here is that you have not mentioned the hardware RAIN configuration of the disk array. If it were configured with a RAID 5 LUN with 4 disks and one hot spare this would explain the smaller volume seen in format. If you configured the array with a RAID 0 LUN with all 5 drives stripped then you would expect to see 5*72GB in the output of format.

RAID 0 is configured , but still i seen the incorrect or old output in the host .
