3310 Password Protected

Help please, we had our administrator quit and we are trying to install a 3310 array with raid controller that we moved from another location, but it is asking for the password. We cannot get a hold of the person that administered the array. Please any help would be appreciated.

There is an InfoDoc that outlines the proceedure to reset the root password of the array. This InfoDoc is Sun internal only, if you have access to the internal handbook you can review this document in the InfoDoc section of the product handbook. If you do not have access to this information you will need to have a Sun FE come and reset the password, start a service call with Sun.
