1. what is luxadm software ?
I have heard that luxadm is administration program for storage and
itz an old method
we have storedges like 3320,3510 etc ..
2.can we use this luxadm for this ?
3. if you know any other new software for this please let me know ?

If you search for luxadm on the docs.sun.com site you should get some hits. You could try "man luxadm" as well.
Managing your 3320 and 3510 should be documented in the guides for those products. Look at www.sun.com and search for the product. You should get documentation and software links that give the details.
Luxadm has been around for sometime but just because it is old does not mean it is of no use anymore. It is a very powerful application that is needed for all sorts of system admin with regards to FC devices.
It is used to query the firmware on your FC HBA's, it shows device paths to FC attached disks, etc. It shows what ports are active in many port hosts.
In switched fabrics, it your best friend as it can show switch domain ids, port numbers on the switch and the WWPN and WWNN of the hba you are using.
The three most useful Solaris apps in todays storage world are:
luxadm
cfgadm
sccli (either as part of SSCS or StorAde).
Spend lots of time reading the man pages and get to understand what they do.
