Compatibility of Emulex LP 9000 HBA and Sun Fire V245

Hi,I have an Emulex LP 9000 HBA installed in a Sun Fire 280R server.If i upgrade the server to Sun Fire V245, I wonder if this particular HBA will work in the new server. Appreciate your input on this issue. Thanks.Regards,Alan
