Solaris9 Backup and restore

Hi

I want to backup the entire file systems of Solaris9 server to a single tape. I also want to restore it when its is required.

The backup drive is connected to a remote machine and proper access is there.

Which is the best way ie., ufsdump, cpio,......... to do this and what is the exact syntax to do backup and restore.
