Toolbar icons in SO8

Hi: are there toolbar icons available for SO8 that have a more up to date look, like OpenOffice? SO8's toolbar icons look very dated but there seems no way to change them as in OO. John

Not quite what I meant. I know I can customise the layout of toolbars and what icons appear. However, OpenOffice enables the user to use different icon sets, i.e. the look of the actual icons. Star Office 8 doesn't as far as I can tell.
