SO8 update 4 installation error

Win XP installation of SO8 + update 3 rev. 2. Trying to install update 4 gives an error very late during the installation. Error is 1316 in C:\Windows\Installation|staroffice8.msi. The installation fails. Would be glad for any insight. Thanks. John

I ended up uninstalling the original SO8, then the update 3.Next reinstalled SO8 and installed update 4.It seems to work, except a lot of the menu icons are missing.oldman99 at 2007-7-7 2:58:10 >

Me three, sorta...The upgrade from SO8PU3rev2 seems to work but when I startPU4 I get an immediate crash.I have SO8 installed on my Netware serverand I've made sure noone had any SO8-files open when upgrading. - PederPeder@Park at 2007-7-7 2:58:10 >
