Boost patches should include #define BOOST_HAS_THREADS ?

Shouldn't the Boost patch files for boost_{version}/boost/config/compiler/sunpro_cc.hppinclude the following definition for this platform?#define BOOST_HAS_THREADSI can't imagine why Sun wouldn't want this, when Niagara is so prominent in your plans.
