Sun Studio 11 on older hardware

I have an old Ultra 10 440Mz Box running Solaris 8. I'm trying to get Sun Studio 11 to run on this box. Can anybody let me know if this is possible? I appreciate your responses.

The system requirement page of Sun Studio 11 said the minimum hardware required is Sun Ultra 60 workstation (450-MHz, Ultra SPARC II), but I just simply need the command line tools, not the whole IDE.

Thanks,

The minumum requirements are based on using the IDE, which uses a lot of resources. Truthfully, the IDE won't run well even on an Ultra-60.The command-line components will work on your Ultra-10. But be sure you have enough memory, at least 512Mb.
