Yes, it should work.
What happens when you click the button? If nothing happens, try again later. If still nothing happens, your browser configuratoin might have restrictions (javascript, popups, etc) that prevent the button from working.
We have also had a report that some operations don't work using Microsoft Internet Explorer. (We are working on that now). If you are using IE, try using Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape, or some other browser.
