Sun Fortran compiler no longer available

I was told that Sun will stop supporting FORTRAN on Solaris and Linux platforms. In other words, the FORTRAN compiler will no longer be available from SUN for Solaris or Linux in the future.Is this true?

No, this is not true. Fortran compiler, as other Sun compilers, are going to be supported according to the usual scheme.Boris
