help on grub

Hello,

i mistakenly changed the timeout time to zero for the grub OS selection window, and thus my default which is WinXP boots without me getting the ability to choose the sun os.

does that make any sense?

can someone tell me what are the commands to be able to change the grub menu list?

i am booting with the sun solaris x86 10/06 installation disk.
