nfs mount get permission denied

Hi all,

I tried to share a file system from Sun Solaris and to be mount to Tru64 Unix.

When I issue the command mount -t nfs 172.16.102.106:/u08 /u08, I get the error - Can't access 172.16.102.106: Permission denied

I'd checked /etc/dfs/dfstab & sharetab, the configuration is fine. Is there anything that I miss out? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
