ACPI problem while installing sun 10

HI,

I am istalling sun 10 on intel xeon dual 3 Ghz machine.

while installation os is not detection my keyboard. i have tried with diff keyboards, but once i select the type of istallation my keyboard goes dead.

while booting thru sun 10 bootable disk it gives me error as follows

resource conflict, both devices added

NON-ACPI device : PNP0c01

&

ACPI device: PNP0301

I hv tried with diff. options while selecting type of installation & custom boot orgument like as bellow

acpi-user-options=2

acpi-user-options=0x2

acpi.0.disable=1

but didnt work

your help is needed.
