Crash Error

I was wondering if someone could help me and troubleshoot an issue. I'm currently running Solaris 9 on a Ultra 5. Lately I've noticed that when I come to work, I could tell that it experienced some sort of dump or crash. I looked in /var/crash/ and saw the following.
