Depends a little bit on the type of server, but normally not. You can run "break" from the lom in order to get to the ok prompt, and them run "boot cdrom" from there. What happens when you tries to boot cdrom? .7/M.

I was wondering this very question....

Then discovered the solution I needed.

From the lom> (sc>) prompt, run the 'break' command. This for me broke my system out of it's boot sequence (since it was just dumping core anyway) and dropped it to the 'ok' prompt. I used 'console -f' in order to connect to the console and then booted from cdrom with the normal 'boot cdrom' command.

Seems to be working for me at the moment anyway.
