sconadm help

Hello,

I'm trying to register my system to receive security updates.

I have created a RegistrationProfile.properties file:

userName=myusername

password=mypassword

hostName=

subscriptionKey=

portalEnabled=false

proxyHostName=

proxyPort=

proxyUserName=

proxyPassword=

Then I run:

/usr/sbin/sconadm register -a -l /tmp/sconadm.log -r /tmp/RegistrationProfile.properties

Which returns "sconadm is running"

But thats it! Nothing else seems to happen, nothing is written out to the log file, nothing shows up in my account https://updates.sun.com/

It's been running for about an hour now.

I'm behind a firewall, but have full http/https connectivity, do I need to open any other ports or anything?
