We're looking to set up some T2000's as web app servers at 4 locations in NSW and the ACT and are looking for a contractor to assit with configuration & installation of Apache, MySQL, JRun, rsync etc...

I am not a contractor, but work as a Solaris, come Oracle 11i Apps DBA for a company in the Sydney CBD. We have 3 Sun servers and in particular a T2000. It come pre-loaded with Sol 10 Jan/06 ufs version. The pre-loaded version wasn't out desired setup, so I used the DVD's vai ALOM port connection to reinstall Sol 10 from scratch. Its not too difficult. However, I am waiting for the Sol 10 jun/06 media to resintall that version of the O/S to take advantage (if there is any) of the new zfs file system.
