DDR2 667 support is available SUN Servers, or not ?

Hi I wonder that DDR2-667 RAM support is availabke SUN server? if it is available, which server?

The other question is, remote access support is available or not? if it is available , HOw? with SSL support Remote access? Which server support remote access by using SSL? if it is not available, by adding to extra card to server, can this feature available?
