The pin-out isn't available in the Service Manual nor on the component page for the power supply.
The V210 Service Manual is in the public Sun System Handbook.

Astec is a company name.
They are a power supply manufacturer.
Companies contract with them to produce OEM power suppies,
as may be needed for whatever it is going to be installed to.
Computer companies are a small part of their client list.
Perhaps you can contact them directly and get the information from them.
http://www.astec.com/
(A google search, keyword "astec" found them as the first hit.)
So, I have thought about it, but Astec has answered me :
"Good day to you! Thank you very much for sending us an e-mail. The AA22760 did not appear on my standard product listing. This power supply is considered a proprietary power supply and the documents are also proprietary to the company it was manufactured for. I would like to apologize; I do not have the pin out information for the said power supply. What I can suggest is that you contact the manufacturer of the system where this power supply came from to request the said document"
summarize: Sun does not want to say, but Astec not know what is produced...
and my problem is still stay...
sadly saluting :-((

In a past incarnation, I spent a number of years supporting Sun's
products.Power supplies were among the components that were
included in my area of responsibility, as well as the power interface boards
that those power supplies connected to inside the chassis of a system.
I never needed to know the pinouts for either component.
Electrical schematics were irrelevant to supporting how a system
or an array, or a datacenter rack might function.
If a power supply malfunctioned, it was replaced and the system was repaired.
Electrical schematics were just not available, even to Sun support employees.
The information is obviously available to departments such as Manufacturing,
or Engineering Design, or Engineering Quality Control, but that is all that might have it.
If this issue is truly important to you, you may be able to join Sun
as an OEM customer. (Someone that takes Sun's equipment and re-engineers it)
Contact Sun Sales Department. and see if they can forward you to whomever you would need to speak with.
With the appropriately agreed upon business contracts, you'll get the information.
If this is just an exercise in curiosity, however,
then I doubt this needs to go any further.
