Automatic power transfer switch?

I've got 3 Sunfire V240's connected to an AC power bus "A", and we have installed a redundant AC power bus, "B".

What I need now is a power transfer switch that will automatically (if possible) transfer power from bus A to bus B. I've seen one from Sun.UK, but don't know if that will work for a U.S. power system.

Also, I can't seem to find the maximum power outage time the server can stand before shutting down - or hopefully, with a power transfer switch, switch to the other power bus.

Finally, do I need to have the V240's connected to an online UPS (as opposed to a standby UPS, such as APC makes) for the servers to stay running while the transfer switch activates and switches power to bus B?
