How to make backup copy of BIOS

Hi.Can anyone tell me how to make a copy of a V240 motherboard BIOS from the motherboard (e.g., query the MB and get it to return a copy of the BIOS?) How about the integrated NIC (or is this just controlled from the MB BIOS)?Thanks in advance.-QG
