V100 - No LOM/console output

I've been working on a V100, building it up as a Sol 10 jumpstart server. Having spent 2 days swapping the serial cable between it and a Netra t1, the V100 all of a sudden stopped showing any output. I can't get a LOM prompt at all, but it is still responsive to input (issuing 'poweron' after applying power does bring the server up, but I suspect it's stuck in maintenance waiting for an fsck - I can't tell, there's no output).

Any suggestions? Is there any way I can reset the LOM?
