sunblade 1000?

hi experts i recently bought a sunblade 1000 on ebay.and lo and behold it has no CD drive. Is this something thatI can just buy any cdrom drive and install it? Or do I need to buy a specific cd drive and install software etc to get it to work?Thanks so much!

Although not supported I have used non Sun Toshiba 40x SCSI CD ROM drivess on Blade 1000, this would indicate that you may be able to use various SCSI devices on your workstation.
