util.exe on a X2100 without CD-drive?

Hi,

I've bought an X2100 server with optional service processor. Shipped with the package comes a bootable CD with some DOS-tools to flash the BIOS and configure the service processor (IP/netmask/gateway, usernames/passwords, etc). However this server comes with no CD/DVD-drive by default, so how am I supposed to use this CD? :-) There is no alternative procedure in the docs.

Any hints?
