Upgrading SGD Server from 4.20.959 to 4.20.977 fails

I have tried to upgrade my SGD Server from 4.20.959 to 4.20.977 and after the "preparing section" I permanently get an error message on some hundred files saying that the files from install of tta-4.20-977 conflict with file from package tta-4.20-959 like in my example shown below:

"file /opt/tarantella/webserver/apache/1.3.33_mod_ssl-2.8.22_openssl-0.9.7e_jk1.2.8/b in/apxs from install of tta-4.20-977 conflicts with file from package tta-4.20-959"

Is anyone having an idea whats wrong there? I am running Fedora Core 3 on that server...
