Change WWW server port number?

How do you change the port number the web server listens on?

I had it set to 8888, but after the upgrade to 977, it's gone back to 80 for some reason. Editing httpd.conf gets the webserver to listen on 8888, but going to sgd results in a connection error, so there's another setting somewhere else apparently.
