Desktop not showing

hi,

I've been using Sun Portal 7 since but i've not been able to see my own custom desktop. I tried using display profile and i see the containers/channels created in the psconsole; i also tried creating channels and containers in psconsole but still i have not been able to see my desktop. i've done the following in addition:

1. Created an organization in Access manager

2. Created users in Access manager

Please any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks
